Milt Morin: UMass Star Tight End

October 15, 1942 – Milt Morin was born. Milt was a Tight End from Massachusetts during the seasons of 1963 to 1965.
Milt helped the University of Massachusetts Minuteman team achieve its only undefeated season in 1963, earning the right to play in the Tangerine Bowl early in 1964. Morin finished his college career with a stout 1151 yards receiving and earned seven varsity letters combined in the sports of football, lacrosse, and wrestling.
The powers that be voted Milt Morin into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010. After College, Milt continued his football playing days by playing in the pros for the Cleveland Browns. In the Big League, he was a two-time Pro Bowl player, and when he retired, he ranked among the top ten players in Brown’s history for career receiving yards with 4,208.
